Los libros de autoayuda han sido una herramienta popular para aquellos que buscan mejorar su vida y encontrar la felicidad y el \u00e9xito, herramienta valiosa en el di\u00e1logo entre culturas, al incluir elementos de pr\u00e1cticas ancestrales de pa\u00edses lejanos en una lengua y cultura espec\u00edfica. Este es el caso del escritor espa\u00f1ol <\/span>Francesc Miralles <\/b>en sus libros como \"Ikigai\" y \"Namast\u00e9\". Sin embargo, es importante reconocer que las ideas y pr\u00e1cticas en los libros de autoayuda no son universales o aplicables a todas las personas.
