Pertenece a la generaci\u00f3n de escritores latinoamericanos post-boom. En su novela \u201cTongolele no sab\u00eda bailar\u201d, traducida por <\/span><b>Mar\u00eda Paleologou<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, y publicada por la editorial \u00cdkaros, describe a la Nicaragua que se vio sacudida por un masivo levantamiento estudiantil en el 2018.
