Participaci\u00f3n<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>El concurso est\u00e1 abierto a todos los caricaturistas del mundo, mayores de 18 a\u00f1os, sin importar su nacionalidad, religi\u00f3n, g\u00e9nero y educaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><b>\u0392. Tema de Humor Gr\u00e1fico: \u201cEl libro como reflejo entre culturas\u201d<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><b>C. Obras y Env\u00edo<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Env\u00ede por correo electr\u00f3nico a la direcci\u00f3n: <a href=\"mailto:humorgrafico@lea-festival.com\">humorgrafico@lea-festival.com<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Cada participante puede enviar un m\u00e1ximo de 1 obra en formato digital al correo electr\u00f3nico humorgrafico@lea-festival.com. Tama\u00f1o (A4 21x29,5 cm, 314dpi, en formato JPEG o PDF, la longitud m\u00e1xima por obra es 3 MB; no se abrir\u00e1n obras de m\u00e1s de 3 MB). En el nombre del archivo, se debe poner el nombre del autor y su nacionalidad. Dentro del correo deben incluirse los siguientes datos: nombre, direcci\u00f3n, correo electr\u00f3nico y una breve rese\u00f1a biogr\u00e1fica de 100 palabras (formato .doc, NO PDF). NO SE ACEPTAR\u00c1N archivos condensados zip, rar, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Los dibujos que no vengan nombrados como se pide quedar\u00e1n descartados autom\u00e1ticamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Las caricaturas no deben haber sido premiadas previamente. Solo se aceptan dibujos, no combinados con fotograf\u00edas. Los env\u00edos que hayan pasado la preselecci\u00f3n se publicar\u00e1n inmediatamente en las redes de nuestro evento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><b>D. Fecha L\u00edmite<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>La fecha l\u00edmite de inscripci\u00f3n es el 3 de marzo de 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><b>E. Cat\u00e1logo<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Todos los participantes podr\u00e1n descargar el cat\u00e1logo en formato PDF desde nuestro portal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><b>H. Otras Condiciones<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Los organizadores se reservan el derecho de utilizar las obras para diversos fines sin obligaci\u00f3n de compensaci\u00f3n. Las obras se incluir\u00e1n en el portal de archivo y exposici\u00f3n permanente. La exposici\u00f3n tendr\u00e1 un car\u00e1cter itinerante y se llevar\u00e1 a varios lugares del pa\u00eds y de los pa\u00edses iberoamericanos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Con la presentaci\u00f3n de trabajos, los autores aceptan estas bases.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><\/span><span>El env\u00edo de un dibujo al concurso equivale a aceptar todas las disposiciones del presente reglamento.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><\/span><span>La participaci\u00f3n en este concurso es voluntaria y gratuita.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><\/span><span>Todos los participantes deber\u00e1n ser mayores de edad.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><\/span><span>Las obras que no cumplan las condiciones especificadas en estas bases o que atenten contra la moral, sean ofensivas, discriminatorias, o promuevan odio racial, \u00e9tnico o religioso, no ser\u00e1n admitidas al concurso.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><\/span><span>Cada autor enviar\u00e1 solo una obra tama\u00f1o A4.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><\/span><span>Al participar en el concurso, cada autor acepta la transferencia gratuita de las obras enviadas al organizador y confirma que es el autor de las obras presentadas y que su env\u00edo al concurso no infringe los derechos de terceros.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><\/span><span>El env\u00edo de la obra autoriza al concurso LEA a utilizar las im\u00e1genes en exposiciones, publicaciones, redes sociales y plataformas o formatos donde se requiera la promoci\u00f3n del evento.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><\/span><span>El plazo especificado de env\u00edo de obra podr\u00e1 modificarse a favor de los participantes y ampliarse sin necesidad de modificar este reglamento. El organizador notificar\u00e1 a los participantes el cambio de plazo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><\/span><span>A la hora de valorar las obras, el jurado tendr\u00e1 en cuenta, en particular, el valor art\u00edstico del dibujo, su precisi\u00f3n en la interpretaci\u00f3n del tema y su aspecto humor\u00edstico.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><\/span><span>Si el organizador, coorganizador o miembros del jurado, despu\u00e9s o antes de la entrega de los premios se\u00f1alados en el reglamento, reciben informaci\u00f3n de que el trabajo enviado al concurso constituye plagio o viola la ley o las disposiciones del presente reglamento, el organizador tiene derecho a:  - Suspender el premio o la entrega del premio hasta que se aclaren dichas dudas. - Tomar la decisi\u00f3n de no otorgar un premio en el concurso.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><\/span><span>El ganador del segundo premio debe ser el mismo titular de la cuenta bancaria a la cual se le entregar\u00e1 el premio.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>Al participar en el concurso, el participante declara que tiene todos los derechos de autor del trabajo presentado y que el trabajo no infringe ning\u00fan derecho personal, derechos de autor u otros derechos de terceros.
